Pressing F2 took me to the safe mode screen. It worked!! The safe mode came up with the command prompt. I entered 'control. Thanks for everyones help. On start-up "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API" error message received and system again restarts and that's the loop. The reason is low space on C drive it was 15MB when i shut down the system the day before it happened. How to overcome this? This thread is locked.
