All they cared about was production and the hell with quality. Half the employees were temps who never came to work or were drunk on the job. Co-workers are normal as all work places. You have one that are part of the team and ones that just want a paycheck. I would have to say the hardest part of my job is not knowing if you are going to get your 40 this week or not, because people call off.

What I enjoy most about this job is being taught to set up the cnc machines I run and working with very professional bosses. Pros Some overtime. Cons seasonal work and no benefits. Fast pace,easy learning,some friendly people,not to hard,low leveled managed but nice place to work with some improvements.
