The lease and click charge includes all costs for toner, staples, service and maintenance. The lease plan does not include paper, which will need to be purchased by each department.

Cost savings The program utilizes the buying power of Virginia Tech to obtain a price that is lower than if an office purchased a copier on their own. Service Ricoh guarantees support to any machine requiring service within four hours of receiving a service request.

Certified technicians are on campus Monday through Friday, from 8 a. Convenience Virginia Tech has invested in a device management system that allows for automated monitoring of the devices in the Copier Management fleet. The device management system monitors toner levels and alerts the Copier Management team of service issues with the copiers. If possible, please return more than one cartridge per shipping label two or more to help conserve resources, and reduce energy use and shipping costs.

Cartridges are returned via FedEx. Note: Canon only authorizes the use of this site to print labels to return Canon brand cartridges. You have to print one label per shipment. Once you have received pricing from the vendors and made your decision, complete the Order Form and fax it to Tom Luczkowiak at Lease Plan The plan lasts for 36, 48 or 60 months.

Save time — Only one form is needed for copier, maintenance agreement and supplies. The program's monthly IV billing includes usage, making it easier to project budget costs.
